पेन, पेंसिल, रबर और पढ़ाई का सामान बच्चे खुद उठाते हैं और उसकी कीमत Money Box में डाल देते हैं।
न कोई कैमरा, न कोई निगरानी, न कोई हिसाब पूछने वाला।
Punjab के Doda के इस सरकारी स्कूल में Teachers ने बच्चों को ईमानदारी पर सिर्फ Lecture देने के बजाय उसे Practically Experience करने का मौका दिया।
क्योंकि बच्चों की ईमानदारी को check करने से ज्यादा खूबसूरत है… उस पर भरोसा करना।
